DRI and College of Sciences are spotlighting this critical field through expert talks on campus
Translational science is an important interdisciplinary field that applies basic biology and chemistry research to address human health and life sciences issues.
The Division of Research and Innovation and College of Sciences have collaborated to launch this seminar series as a means of showcasing modern translational science experts, spreading awareness about translational science, and sparking excitement and ideas for potential avenues to pursue within this field.
The series begins with two talks in spring 2024 and will resume in the fall. The lectures will take place on the San Diego campus, in the Donald P. Shiley BioScience Center Gold Auditorium.
