Bio

I am a third-year Psychology student at San Diego State University, with a minor in Counseling. I am passionate about supporting others and creating welcoming, organized environments. Through my work experience, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills while assisting with daily office operations.

Areas of Specialization

Experienced in front office reception and customer service, including answering telephone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and responding to general office inquiries. Skilled in providing clerical support such as filing, copying, and scanning documents, as well as managing office mail distribution and on-campus deliveries.  
Proficient in data entry and maintaining spreadsheets, with experience in tracking inventory, organizing office resources, and coordinating the use of office equipment. Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and reliability in supporting daily office operations.

Interests

I am interested in mental health, emotional well-being, and how social relationships impact behavior. Outside of academics, I enjoy personal growth, communication, and building meaningful connections with others.

Fun Facts

I’m bilingual and often switch between Spanish and English without noticing.
