Bio
Kally is creating a DNA encoded library of bRo5 molecules to assess membrane permeability targeting specific proteins of interest. Kally obtained an undergraduate degree in biochemistry here at SDSU where she gained experience in protein design and purification research.
In the lab, her research interests center on drug design and developing solutions for the degradation of targets related to neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Outside of her academic pursuits, Kally enjoys baking (with eating the baked goods being the best part), reading, watching TV shows, as well as playing both indoor and beach volleyball.
