Bio

I am a clinical psychology doctoral student under the co-mentorship of Drs. Greg Appelbaum and Jeff Daskalakis, who lead the Interventional Psychiatry Program.

My current focus is using fMRI to explore biomarkers of depressive symptomatology and severity, as well as to individually target neural circuits of interest with transcranial magnetic stimulation.

I also hope to combine TMS with other modalities like psychotherapy and expand my work to additional psychiatric disorder categories.

Education

  • B.A., Colgate University
    Major: Neuroscience. Minor: Creative Writing

Areas of Specialization

  • Noninvasive Neuromodulation, Depression, Neuroimaging

Fun Facts

Outside of school, I enjoy rollerblading along the beach, reviewing restaurants, and finding live music around San Diego. I am also passionate about my cats, who live very luxurious lifestyles.
