Asma Mohamed

Bio

Asma Mohamed is an undergraduate student at San Diego State University, where she is pursuing a BS in Psychology. She was born and raised in San Diego and she is passionate about how to strengthen parenting. In the future she plans to obtain a PhD and conduct research on child development. Asma loves to read fiction and enjoys watching movies and outdoor activities such as taking a beautiful walk on the beach.

At the moment Asma is interested in learning to crochet and baking. Being able to be a part of this amazing opportunity is very important to Asma. Especially her background in low-income communities she believes that it is very vital to understand how poverty affects children's development.
