Bio

Alondra is a Masters of Public Health and Latin American Studies student at San Diego State University. She earned a Bachelors of Science in Human Development with minors in Public Health and Chicana/o studies from the University of California Davis.

With experience working in clinical settings and providing care to underserved populations, Alondra is passionate about understanding the gaps in healthcare accessibility for hispanic and latino populations in the United States. She currently works as Research Assistant with the Conmigo team working on curriculum development for the program. Through her experiences Alondra hopes to better understand the many factors that contribute to health outcomes within the Hispanic and Latino populations in order to contribute to this area of research.
